Liz Lee is a writer and she currently writes short stories, poetry and newspaper articles. Delicious Dishes for Gluten-Free Vegetarians is her first cookbook and it’s based on her own experiences as a coeliac vegetarian.
She spent her childhood in Wales and attended Cardiff College of Music and Drama. She then moved to London where she acted, taught drama and worked as a freelance journalist for local newspapers.
She is a trained massage therapist and reflexologist, and she has also taught them. She now lives in Wiltshire and researches family history in her leisure time.
