What the readers say"When I downloaded this book I began to make a list of my favourite recipes. However, I gave up when I realized that I would love most of them."
"This book is extremely helpful for controlling your intake of ordinary sugar, thereby helping to control weight gain in a really delicious way!" "This 'mouth watering' book is a must for anyone with a sweet tooth who is unfortunate enough to have food intolerances. Having said that it would also be delicious for anyone without an allergy consideration." "The recipes are often suitable for occasions other than Christmas. The delicious Chocolate Log I intend to make at Easter with appropriate decorations. The Chocolate Orange Cheesecake would make a lovely birthday treat and the Christmas Cake also could be made for another celebration." "I bought the book as my partner is now a diabetic and misses out on all the sweet treats. I found the recipes very easy to follow and the chocolate log roll is yummy." "This book is essential for anyone who has dietary considerations themselves or who entertains others either with or without food intolerances." Tarja's thoughts on the bookHow would you describe this book?
It’s a mini book of Christmassy recipes. You can serve these spicy treats at pre-Christmas parties, at Christmas as well as afterwards. Where did the idea for this book come from? I wanted to make a variety of Christmas treats and try things that went beyond the traditional puddings served at Christmas. What is your favourite recipe in this book? Why? Secret centre chocolate log – it’s not that common to combine chocolate with prunes, yet the two work together wonderfully. The gooeyness of the prunes in the centre of the chocolate log is just delicious. |
